Gérald Jean Caussé (born 20 May 1963) has been a general authority of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) since April 2008 and is the first person from France to become a general authority in the history of the LDS Church.

Caussé was born in Bordeaux.[1] Prior to his call as a general authority, Caussé had served as general manager and member of the board of Pomona, France's largest food distributor. Since August 2009 he has served as a member of the three-member presidency of the LDS Church Europe Area.[2] Causse was raised as a Latter-day Saint.

Caussé was president of the Paris France Stake of the LDS Church from 2001 to 2007.[3] In April 2007, he became an Area Seventy in the Europe West Area of the church.[4] On 5 April 2008 Caussé became a member of the church's First Quorum of the Seventy.[1]

Caussé and his wife Valérie were married on Aug. 5, 1986 in the Bern Switzerland Temple. They are the parents of five children.
